Technologies and tools I work with
Face recognition system is a backend system that operates within a mobile application. Through this system, the control of irregular migrants and their waiting queue situations have been improved. In this application developed by the Information Processing Department of the Directorate General of Migration Management, anti-spoofing measures have been taken for the Python-based face recognition system. This system can work both in 1-to-1 and 1-to-N modes. The application tests were conducted with different object recognition and face recognition algorithms to achieve the best results. Additionally, real-time and live controls are performed with the server structure.
Turkey operates the world's largest cash transfer program. These programs are Social Cohesion Assistance (SUY), Complementary Social Cohesion Assistance (T-SUY), Conditional Education Assistance (ŞEY), Course Transportation Support (KHD) and In-Camp. These assistance programs serve over 4 million beneficiaries in total. Projection studies were carried out for SUY, T-SUY and ŞEY. Time series and classification algorithms were used in these studies. In these Python-based projects, collaborations were made with international organizations such as IFRC, UNICEF, ECHO and UN.
These international projects are repeated periodically. The previous project was a competition opened for country development with data from Orange GSM company located in Nigeria. D4R is an analysis competition for refugees in Turkey with special data provided by Türk Telekom. We applied to this project from established institutions like MIT. We completed the project with a large and hardworking team. This project taught me how comfortable a desk can actually be as a bed :). The project involved analyzing mobile data patterns to understand refugee mobility and integration patterns in Turkey.

Interactive dashboards and data visualization projects created using modern BI tools. These dashboards provide real-time insights into business metrics, performance indicators, and data trends. Projects include sales analytics, customer behavior analysis, and operational efficiency monitoring.
Full-stack web development projects including responsive websites, web applications, and API development. These projects demonstrate modern web development practices, user experience design, and backend system integration.
